What you earn
One cash reward per completed surgery. Your tier sets the amount — and tiers are earned through real referrals, recognized by our team.
Everyone starts at Starter and earns their way up as they refer patients who complete care. Promotions are decided by our team — never automatic, so quality always counts more than volume. Rewards are paid in cash (check or transfer); there's no financing and nothing is ever split by how the patient paid.

A patient's journey is long. You can pair up with one other advocate as a Support Crew — two of you walking a patient through together, and sharing an extra reward when they complete surgery.

$200 pool
When your patient completes surgery, your crew shares a $200 cash pool — split between you (a $100/$100 even split by default).
On top of the referral
The crew pool is paid in addition to the referrer's own reward — the two never compete for the same dollar.
Crews are set up with our team — just refer a patient with a partner and let your coordinator know you'd like to team up. Everything is still cash, and the patient's price is never affected.

01 Rewards follow care, never recruiting
You earn for exactly one thing: a patient you referred completing their surgery. Never for clicks, signups, or for bringing in other advocates. That keeps the whole program pointed at what matters — someone getting their smile back.
02 The patient never pays extra
Their price is identical whether they came through you or not. Your reward comes from us, after their surgery — it never touches their bill. Patients pay by cash, wire, or card, with no financing.
03 Support, not medicine
You bring encouragement, logistics, and lived experience. Anything clinical — medications, healing, "is this normal?" — always goes to Dr. Ever's team. That line protects the patient, and it protects you.
04 Honest numbers, always
A booking is never money owed. You're paid only after a real, completed, verified surgery — so what you see is always what's true, never a maybe dressed up as a reward.
The life of a reward
Every reward moves through three stages — and two of them wait on a real person confirming reality.
Referred
Someone applied using your referral number. They're now linked to you — for up to 90 days from when they first reached out. No reward exists yet; a referral is a person, not a payment.
Completed & verified
Their surgery happens, and our team confirms two things: that the care really took place, and that the referral is genuine. Only then does a reward become real.
Paid
Your cash reward is sent — by check or transfer — at the amount your tier sets. Every referral and payout is tracked, so you can always see exactly where you stand.
Questions people ask
Does the patient pay anything for having an advocate?
No — never. Their price is exactly the same with or without you. We reward you separately, after their surgery is complete; it never touches their bill.
Do I have to be a former patient to join?
No. Anyone who believes in the care can join — former patients, family, friends. It's free, there's no interview, and nothing to buy.
When exactly do I get paid?
When a patient you referred actually completes their All‑on‑4 surgery and our team verifies it. A booking or a scheduled date is never money owed — only a completed, verified surgery earns a reward.
How much will I earn?
Between $150 and $400 in cash per completed surgery, set by your tier. Everyone starts at Starter and moves up with real referrals, recognized by our team.
Can I give medical advice to someone I refer?
Please don't — that's what Dr. Ever's clinical team is for. You're there for support, encouragement, and lived experience. Anything medical should always come to us.
How do patients know they came through me?
They enter your referral number when they apply. That links them to you for up to 90 days. You can't refer yourself, and the first advocate a patient names is the one credited.
